Service may be discontinued for non payment of bills on or after the date the bill becomes delinquent. A disconnection for non-payment shall be subject to a connection or re-connection fee as set forth in the Master Schedule of Fees, Charges and Penalties. [Ord. 2014-1 § 7, 2014.]
