A. Within District Boundaries. For water Service within the area of the District, requiring extension of water mains for connection, the owner of the property shall pay for said extension in accordance with the Master Schedule of Fees, Charges, and Penalties, or as determined by the District.

B. Extension of Service to Outside the District. Water Services in territory outside the District shall be approved by resolution of the Board of Directors of the District. All costs associated with the extension shall be in accordance with the Master Schedule of Fees, Charges, and Penalties, or as determined by the Board shall be paid by the owner or Applicant.
