A. Purpose. The purpose of the Pinedale County Water District Policy Manual is to supplement not supplant any federal, state, or local law or regulation including the Pinedale Water Code. The Policy Manual shall serve as a guideline for the operation of the District for use by District employees, residents, businesses, and the general public.

B. Conflicts. If any policy contained in the District Policy Manual conflicts with any provision of the Pinedale Water Code or any other federal, state, or local law or regulation, then such ordinance, law or regulation shall govern. [Ord. 2014-1 § 3, 2014.]
