The District shall establish and maintain policies relating to the conduct of District operations and any other matter required by law or which the Board deems necessary or convenient. Said policies shall be referred to as District Policies and shall be maintained in the Pinedale County Water District Policy Manual. [Ord. 2014-1 § 3, 2014.]
