For all metered Services, the District will furnish, install and maintain all meters with the owner of the property where the connection is made to pay the cost of the meter, installation and maintenance. The cost of the meter, installation and maintenance shall be in accordance with those set forth in the Master Schedule of Fees, Charges and Penalties. For existing water meters which are owned by the property owner, those meters shall be of a type approved by the District and, upon replacement, those meters shall be installed and maintained by the District in accordance with this section.
