If a meter tested at the request of a customer pursuant to Section 2.08.090 is found to be more than two percent (2%) fast, the excess charges for the time Service was rendered the customer requesting the test, or for a period of six (6) months, whichever shall be the lesser, shall be refunded to the customer.
