The due date for payment on accounts is the 20th day of the month in a month in which a bill is mailed. Any account that is not paid is considered delinquent. If the bill is paid before the last day of the month by the first of the following month, no late fee will be assessed. If the bill is unpaid in this period, a late fee of ten (10) percent of the outstanding balance will apply to residential customers and/or five percent of the outstanding balance will apply to commercial customers.
