Notices from the District to a customer should, when practicable, be given in writing and delivered in person or by mail to the address given by the customer on the customer’s application or, the address of the property owner as listed on the tax rolls. Notice may be given in any other means described in the Pinedale Water Code or any other means permitted or required by any other law or regulation. [Ord. 2014-1 § 7, 2014.]
