The Board of Directors of the Pinedale County Water District may amend the Master Schedule of Fees, Charges, and Penalties, from time to time, by resolution. The Secretary to the Board of Directors shall maintain a copy of the Master Schedule of Fees, Charges, and Penalties, as amended, available for use by the public at the District Office.
