In accordance with the Pinedale Code, no person shall construct, extend or connect to any Public Sewer without first obtaining a Permit from the District and paying all fees and connection charges and furnishing bonds as required. The provisions of the section requiring Permits shall not be construed to apply to Contractors constructing Sewer and appurtenances under contract awarded and entered into by the District.
