At such time as a Public Sewer becomes available to a property (within 200 feet) serviced by a Private Sewer as provided for herein, a direct connection shall be made to the Public Sewer (or City of Fresno Sewer, where applicable) in compliance with this Pinedale and the rules and regulations of the District, Code at the cost of the property Owner, and any septic tanks, cesspools, and similar Private Sewer shall be abandoned and/or filled with suitable material as determined by the District or applicable regulation, statute or code.
