No Public Sewer, Side Sewer, or other Sanitary Facilities shall be installed, altered or repaired within the District until a Permit for the work has been obtained from the District and all fees paid in connection with the requirements of the Pinedale Code. [Ord. 2022-2 § 8, 2022.]
