The Applicant shall use all possible care to prevent damage to the meter or to any other loaned facilities of the District which are involved in furnishing the temporary Service from the time they are installed until they are removed, or until forty eight (48) hours’ notice in writing has been given to the District that the Contractor or other person is through with the meter or meters and the installation. If the meter or other facilities are damaged, the cost of making repairs shall be paid by the Applicant. [Ord. 2014-1 § 7, 2014.]
