A. All facilities installed and owned by the District on private property for the purpose of rendering Water Service shall remain the property of the District and may be maintained, repaired or replaced by the District without consent or Interference of the owner or Occupant of the property. The property owner shall use reasonable care in the protection of the facilities. No payment shall be made for placing or maintaining said facilities on private property.

B. All facilities on not installed and owned by the District on property not owned by the District are owned and must be maintained by the property Owner. The facilities include but are not limited to the service line from the point of connection to the water meter or Districts water system (where no meter or meter box is installed) to any/all Premises on any property and the plumbing systems within such Premises.
